Account and Data Deletion
Account deletion is different from signing out. Deletion is intended to be irreversible and removes user-owned Sobrana data subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
Delete your account in the app
When the in-app flow is available, use this path:
Profile -> Settings -> Account -> Delete account
The app should explain the result before deletion and return the device to a signed-out guest or onboarding state after successful deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access the in-app deletion flow, email support@sobrana.app from the email address associated with your Sobrana account. Include "Delete my Sobrana account" in the subject.
Data deleted
- Supabase authentication user and account identifiers.
- Profile settings and support ID.
- Wardrobe items, garment metadata, original images, clean images, and enhanced images.
- Saved outfits, planner entries, collections, and collection items.
- Stylist preferences, feedback signals, AI recognition feedback, and processing records tied to the user.
- Enhancement jobs and credit ledger records tied to the user, unless future billing or anti-fraud rules require retention or anonymization.
- Account-scoped local app caches on the device after the app completes the deletion flow.
Retention exceptions
Some records may be kept temporarily where required for legal, security, billing, anti-fraud, or operational reasons. Demo or template storage data is not deleted unless the exact demo or template account is intentionally removed by an administrator.
